"Interpolis" introduced a new tradition - an annual competition for the best OHS work organisation among company's subdivisions.
In 2014 "Interpolis" has introduced a competition for the best Occupational Health and Safety work organisation. In this year the event has been conducted as a review competition directly at the production sites, workshops, construction sites. The right OHS work organisation was evaluated by more than 20 criteria. All production sites and construction sites participated in competition.
The result was announced on 28 April in the World Day for Safety and Health at work. 2 teams of construction workers were recognised as the winners and in addition 7 individual winners were awarded.
The main aim of "Interpolis" OHS policy is creation of safe working environment and preservation of life and health of the Company employees as well as reliability of working process at all production and construction sites. The competition along with other measures helps to achieve that goal and forms the high level of industrial culture as well as inspires all of the employees to be responsible for his or her safety and safety of their colleagues.
So, one of the competition results was a decision to hold a competition annually.
